A fitness dance studio offering women a comfortable, private, and inspiring modernized space to explore and actualize the potential of their mind, body, and spirit.

MODERN DAY FITNESS is located in downtown Louisville, KY next to the ever so popular FOURTH STREET LIVE in the Hertz-Starks building. It features gorgeous views of downtown Louisville from the 12th floor, wooden floors, 5 chrome 10ft poles, mirrors, flat screen, Bose stereo system, and a dressing room. All classes are private to the registered students only. There is no observation window or visitors allowed. Prospective students are encouraged to sign-up for an introductory pole dance class or private lesson to experience what this movement is about.

Studio is open 30 minutes before and after scheduled classes.
