How much are your Pole Fitness classes?
$20.00 (hr)- Introduction to POLE **mandatory 

$18.00 (hr)- Beginner, Intermediate, and POLE Tricks classes

72.00 (hr)- 4 classes (Level 1-4)

$75.00 (per hr)– Private one on one

How often does the class schedule change?
It will depend on the demand of the classes. Check times and schedule at the end of every month. Top of page

What do I bring to class?
A towel, water, and yoga mat. The studio will provide a mat to use if you need one. Bottle water will also be available for purchase for $1.00. ALL proceeds will go to Wayside Christian Missionary (Mother and Chid division) and The Home of the Innocents KY. Top of page

Are there risks with Pole Fitness?
As with any fitness activity, there can be an element of risk; pole dancing is no different. Our INTRO course will help teach you about safety issues and proper stretching to help minimize risk and maximize enjoyment.
Please be aware of the following: some students may experience bruises from pole contact, pole friction and/or chaffing and slipping. Please inform the instructor if you have any health concerns or questions that could impact your experience. If you are currently under the care of a physician for a health condition, please seek their advice before registering. Your safety is very important to Modern Day Fitness. Top of page

How long will it take me to advance to the higher levels?
There is no set time period for level progression. Students develop the strength at different paces according to their individual body types and fitness levels. Generally speaking, once a student demonstrates that she can capably pick up and support her own body weight without straining, she is ready for intermediate-level training. A student's graduation to the next level classes is at the discretion of the instructors. Top of page

Can I take classes more than once?
Yes, you can take classes as many times as you wish. If you are not ready to advance to the next level we suggest you repeat the level. Routines and tricks taught will change weekly. Top of page

How many students are in each class?
FIVE. The instructor has a pole positioned in the middle of the studio, with 4 additional poles for each student. This small number ensures personalized instruction and attention for everyone participating. Most classes do fill up; therefore you should expect to have three other enthusiastic students learning alongside you. Top of page

How long are the classes?
Classes are 60 minutes. Every class begins with a 20 minute warm-up that will focus on stretching and building core muscles. The remaining 40 minutes will focus on a POLE workout.The studio will be open 30 min before and after each class for students to change, practice, and/or ask questions. Top of page

Will I actually get a workout from Pole Fitness classes?
Yes. Pole Fitness isn’t as easy as it looks. Our classes were created with fitness as the focal point. The training our instructors have received ensures toned physiques and upper-body strength. Although classes are fun and conducted in a relaxed setting, emphasis is put on attaining personal fitness goals and promoting individual empowerment. Top of page

What should I wear to my class?
Comfortable workout clothing: shorts, t-shirt or a tank top is best. Going barefoot or socks is suggested for the workout. NO Heels for classes but may be worn during pole parties.
DO NOT use lotion or oils on your hands or legs the day of class. and DO NOT wear any earrings, rings, bracelets or watches. Top of page

Where is the studio located?
Downtown Louisville, KY. Our address is 455 S. 4th Street Suite 1246 Louisville, KY 40202. We are in the Hertz -Starks Building, next to Fourth Street Live, on the 12th floor. Click Here to see the map. Top of page

Where should I park?
The Starks Building garage on 3rd Liberty, Galleria parking garage on 5th St, or parking meters on Muhammad Ali Blvd. FREE parking is available everywhere downtown after 6PM Monday thru Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Top of page

How do I pay?
To reserve your pole for a class OR pole party, CLICK HERE. You will then be on a secured site where you set up an account, view schedule, and pay for your class. NO REFUNDS or payment installments are available. Parties require a $125 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Top of page

How much are your parties?
Our parties are $250.00. This price is for up to 10. You may add additional guest for, $20.00 per person over the original 10 (max 12). Top of page

How long do your parties last?
The length of a party depends on the number of participants. A party of 10 will usually last 90 min while a party of 12 may last up to 2 hours. Top of page

How many people can I invite to my party?
Our pole parties have a maximum limit of 15 participants. The pole parties work best with this number. However, we do offer a different format for large groups. Please contact us for details. Top of page

How do I book a studio party?
We can schedule your POLE PARTY any day of the week. If your desired time slot is available, make the non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. If the time you’d like is not shown on the schedule, please contact the studio and we may be able to set up a party time with you. Top of page
